The house

The house, which can sleep 8 to 10 people, consists of a large lounge, with a stone fireplace with a wood burning fire (logs can be provided), TV, video and hi fi, comfortable three piece suite and coffee table.

There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large worktops and an extendable dining table with chairs to seat eight people.

Upstairs

The Master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and drawers for storage.

The third bedroom has a three-quarter pull-out bed, a cupboard and understairs wardrobe space.

There is a fourth bedroom on the second floor with three single beds and chest of drawers. There is another single bed on the top floor landing.

There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.  In addition, the utility room contains fridge-freezer, washing-machine and tumble drier .

Gas central heating makes your stay cosy and comfortable throughout the year.

The Garden
 

With views over surrounding fields towards Huisnes-sur-Mer, the large fenced rear garden (3000 square metres) is lovely and peaceful, as well as being private. A small outbuilding is available for storing wood. There is ample space for off-road parking in the garden.
