Les Coquelicots is conveniently situated on the edge of the small village of Tanis, yet not far from the hill town of Avranches and very close to the famous medieval site of Le Mont Saint Michel.


The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and lounge and is fully equipped with everything you need for a truly enjoyable holiday in this unspoilt region of Normandy.

The nearest sandy beaches are only twenty minutes away at Genêts and Saint-Jean-le-Thomas, or along the Brittany coast towards and in Saint Malo, where one can also enjoy the delights of sand yachting. All along this coast one can find shops and restaurants serving oysters and fresh seafood, especially at the fishing ports of Saint Malo and Cancale.

Historic towns like Fougeres and Rennes are close by as is access to many D Day sites. 

St Malo is only a half an hour's drive away, Caen an hour and a half, and Cherbourg two hours.
